Bring an unexpired driver’s license, state ID from the DMV, passport, or foreign passport stamped by the US Citizenship and Immigration Service.
- If it is expired, I will be able to accept expired IDs issued within the last 5 years.
Also, bring your document which needs to be notarized.
- Your document much have your name on it and must match your state ID or another form of ID

Yes. As a notary, I need the client to be present for all notarizations.

- Your thumbprint will be required for ANY real estate documents

Yes. I am currently bonded with the state of California and I have Errors & Omission insurance coverage up to $25,000.
